Liverpool FC's Red Neighbours team have donated a host of unused kit to people around the world.

Following a number of requests from across the globe, the items were given out in the local community as well as countries such as India and Kenya.

Beneficiaries included participants in Red Neighbours’ Walking Football sessions at Bridge Community Centre in Anfield, and the Visiting Bethesda Life Centre organisation in Goa.

The Red Neighbours programme supports local residents and schools in the Anfield community, focusing on four key areas identified after extensive research.

These areas are: food poverty and education; support for the elderly community; encouraging a physically active community; and creating memorable experiences for young people.
