Liverpool FC can confirm that all supporters who attend our forthcoming Champions League fixture away to Spartak Moscow will be eligible to have their UK visa costs reimbursed by the club.

Following an exhaustive process involving logistical discussions with the Russian Embassy in London, the club is able to cover the cost of supporter visas up to a maximum amount of £118.20. This figure is inclusive of the cost of a £70 single five-working day application fee, a £38.40 five-working day service and a £9.80 postage fee.

We are aware that in order for fans to receive their passports back from the Application Centre, it is necessary to return your receipt. As we will require the receipt from the purchase of visas in order for refunds to be issued, we would urge supporters to make a copy of their receipt before exchanging it for their passport.

It is incumbent on all supporters travelling to Moscow to arrange their own visas and application centres are available in Manchester, London and Edinburgh. There will be no portable visa service available at Anfield for this game as that option was deemed unworkable in the available timeframe.
